Professional Experience
As an Educational Consultant, Neurodiversity Specialist and Subject Matter Expert for Cleo, I lead the development and delivery of Cleo’s Neurodiversity Program across North America. Through this work, I have supported hundreds of families as they navigate diagnoses, learning differences, school concerns, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and the everyday realities of being neurodivergent.
My role includes designing and facilitating parent education classes, creating expert content for the Cleo app, and providing personalized coaching and consulting through secure messaging and live virtual consultations. I help caregivers better understand themselves, their children, advocate confidently for their needs, and identify practical strategies that fit their family’s life.
This experience shapes the work I do through Inclusive Minds Coaching. I combine evidence-informed guidance with a compassionate, family-centered approach—helping families move from uncertainty and overwhelm toward greater understanding, confidence, and connection.
